Frequently Asked Questions

How do I graph a straight line?+
Enter the equation in slope-intercept form: for example, 2*x + 3 plots the line y = 2x + 3. You don't need to type "y =".
Can I plot trig functions?+
Yes. Enter sin(x), cos(x), or tan(x). Note that x is in radians. To see one full cycle of sin(x), set x-range to 0 to 6.28 (2π).
Why does part of my curve disappear?+
Parts of the function that fall outside the y-min to y-max range are clipped. Adjust the y-axis range to see more of the curve, or zoom in on the x-axis range for detail.

About the Graphing Calculator

This free graphing calculator helps you get accurate results instantly without needing to work through the math manually. Whether you need a quick estimate or a precise figure, having a reliable tool on hand saves time and reduces errors compared to manual calculation.

How to Use This Calculator
